I’m the sporty bloke, I’ve played footy all of my life and more recently focused my attention on male fitness competitions. This has allowed me to develop more knowledge in the strength and conditioning sector, as well as implementing nutritional regimes around my programs, showcasing my versatility whilst gaining invaluable experience, both physically and mentally. Body Fit Training allows me to showcase my passion through a variety of programs that guarantee results and this style of training definitely resonates with me. I love helping people that have the desire to improve, who aren’t afraid to step outside of their comfort zone and are committed to changing their life for the better. It’s truly rewarding to inspire and motivate people from all walks of life and help them reach their health and lifestyle goals. Each day I’m surrounded by amazing members, I get to work alongside elite trainers and I leave each day a better person knowing I’ve made a positive impact.
