She is passionate about helping those on their health, fitness & wellness journey. She loves how group fitness brings an encouraging and supportive environment to the class, and has always loved being a part of members journeys and motivating interactions with each other. Karl has always had a passion for health & fitness. Combining this passion alongside nutrition, Karl brings a wealth of knowledge in not just fitness but in health and wellness. Whilst really enjoying his strength and resistance training, he appreciates the benefits of functional training and how BFT programs cover all aspects of fitness. Karl has always aspired to own his own gym, with the desire to help people improve their lives through exercise and nutrition.
