BFT CARDIO U – This session is all about You(U)! A cardio session laser focused on you, where each individual follows specifically prescribed heart rate zones to reach for work and recovery periods. This program will take your fitness to the next level (if you stick to the program!)
You will keep moving at a lower intensity through the recovery periods, to bring your heart rate down to the recommended target zone, before cranking it back up to get those heart rates soaring again! A session designed to better understand where your physical limits lie and how quickly your body can recover from intense work periods, regardless of your level of fitness and conditioning. Cardio U will benefit your BFT experience in a range of other programs, so get your HR monitor on and get ready to take your fitness to another level!
